Return Policy

We accept returns on qualifying products within 14 days of the delivery date to be refunded back to the original form of payment. We are unable to refund any shipping charges. Please do not return any products without contacting us first. Exchanges will only be accepted for damaged products or shipping errors made on our end.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team via email to support@gardenuity.com or via phone (469) 359-5000. Please include your order number, best way to contact you, and reason for return. 

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please reach out to process your return/exchange request and use our provided return label, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit or without a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return shipping label. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing. An email will be sent to confirm your return/refund has been processed.
