SHIPPING FAQs

When will I receive my order?

Your order will ship within 2-4 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, it may take an additional 2-5 business days to arrive at your door.

Your live plants may arrive separately, as they may ship directly from our farm partners (no waiting in a warehouse somewhere). Live plants ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays via FedEx 2-day. We do our best to make sure everything in your order arrives the same or next day.

Shipping your plants safely is our top priority. If impending weather comes in, your order may be held for a few days to ensure the live plants can travel safely.

**Current Shipping Times: Due to high order volume during the holidays, please allow up to 6 business days for your item(s) to ship. Orders placed before December 18th are estimated for delivery by December 24th.

Which carriers does Gardenuity use?

We use UPS, FedEx or USPS to provide best possible service. The carrier we use is determined by region, zip code, timing, and the location of our farm partner. As we grow, we hope to provide additional shipping options for our customers.

 

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate per order of $12.00 to cover the minimum charge from our shipping carriers. Standard shipping is free for orders over $99 per delivery address and is automatically applied at checkout! 

 

Where can I find my order's tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipment to begin tracking. 

 

Can you expedite or delay a shipment?

We cannot guarantee exact dates for shipping or delivery but will do our best to accommodate your request. Please reach out to GrowPro@Gardenuity.com with your Order Number and preferred shipping date.

 

Can I include a gift note with my order?

Yes! Add a personalized gift note to any order, free of charge!

How To Add A Gift Note:

  1. Go to your Shopping Bag
  2. Scroll below the items in your bag
  3. Check the box next to “I’m sending this order as a gift.” 
  4. Enter your gift message (up to 150 characters).

Our team will handwrite your note on a custom notecard and include it with your order.
