  • You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” underneath the sign-in prompt. An email will be sent to your registered email address with further instructions.

  • Perks Points are earned once your order has been paid. It can take up to 24 hours after you place your order for your Perks Points balance to update. Please check your account after 24-48 hours. If you are still missing points, contact growpro@gardenuity.com and we will be happy to help!
