The Herb Garden Subscription

Your Herb Garden Subscription will arrive with everything needed to have a successful year of growing and abundance of fresh, flavorful herbs. All you need to add is the nurturing, water, and sunshine! Everything in the garden kit is matched to you and to the needs of your plants.

Your garden subscription kit will include:

Portable Grow Bag (with handles!) made of breathable microfiber fabric that will help keep your plants' roots healthy and happy. Your plants will grow the entire season in the grow bag. (You can reuse the Grow Bag for next season, too!)

Fully-Rooted Herb Plants – This culinary inspired collection of plants is matched to the season, your location, and to each other. The plants are sourced from one of our family-owned farm partners and come with our Get Growing Guarantee.

Coir – Compressed coconut husks that when hydrated will expand and become part of your garden's planting media.

Soil Primer – A proprietary blend of nutrients designed as the chief dietary supplement to support the growth of soil microbes.

Foundation (Soil) – The Gardenuity Foundation is custom blended seasonal compost, full of nutrients for your plants to thrive.

Gardenuity's Herb Serum – A proprietary blended plant nutrient and soil amendment that will help your plants grow a stronger and healthier root system. Derived from seaweed and humate, the Herb Serum will aid in bringing balance through naturally derived and plant friendly microbes.

Feeding Scoop – For nourishing your garden!

Critter Cover – Keep critters at bay with the Critter Cover! Designed to fit easily over your outdoor garden, this cover will provide a barrier to protect your plants from birds, squirrels, and other small animals. The large zipper opening provides easy access and makes harvesting your fresh herbs easy.

When your plants arrive, remove them from the box and check the soil. If it is dry to the touch, place your plants in a shallow dish of water and let them soak up the hydration they need. Then, place them in a sunny spot until you are ready to plant them in the grow bag.

Setting up your garden is simple and generally takes 30 minutes from start to finish. Printed instruction cards are included in each kit, or you can follow along with the provided video tutorial.

{icon_sunlight}LIGHT{/icon_sunlight} Your Herb Garden will need 4-6 hours of sunlight per day.

{icon_watering}WATER{/icon_watering} On average, water your garden 3-4 times per week depending on the temperature and rainfall. It’s best to water your garden in the morning. (This gives the plants the hydration they need to grow throughout the day, rather than spending energy trying to retain moisture.)

When temperatures are below 85℉, 3-4 times per week should be plenty. When temperatures are over 85℉, you will need to water your garden every day.

{icon_feeding}Feeding{/icon_feeding} Once per week, nourish your garden with the Gardenuity Herb Serum. Shake the serum bottle well before each use. Add 2 full droppers of serum to the orange scoop and then fill it the rest of the way with water (about 1 cup). Pour the mixture directly onto the soil, around the base of your plants.

{icon_harvesting}HARVESTING{/icon_harvesting} You can begin harvesting herbs 10-14 days after planting.
