Donna Letier

Donna is the co-founder and CEO of a growing company that makes gardens and gardening experiences accessible to everyone. Focused on the mission, the experience, and the product, she lives and breathes growing something good. Outside of showcasing that entrepreneurship has no expiration date, Donna is the mom of two girls, one of whom has won 4 gold medals in the Special Olympics. She cooks, reads, runs, and believes faith and four-letter words are not mutually exclusive.

Julie Eggers

Julie is the co-founder of Gardenuity and brings her analytical, process, programming, and brain to work every day. Julie is passionate about the future of gardening, agile ways of improving the gardening experience, and she always goes out of her way to create exceptional experiences for our people, clients, vendors and customers. Julie loves spending time at any lake, riding her bike, and enjoying what her husband Steve cooks. She is the mother of two kids, one who lives in NYC and one in Austin. They both inherited her “smarts”.

Doug Platts

Doug drives the revenue growth at Gardenuity along with fostering a culture that helps our team members thrive. He leads the sales team, revenue strategy, and is the author of the Gardenuity Channel Partner program. Doug helps clients develop a roadmap for bringing well-being tools to their organization. Doug is a rare blend of creativity and analytical thinking. With years of experience in business and digital marketing, he is adept at connecting people to programs. When he is not busy growing Gardenuity, Doug can be found at the zoo with his son and wife (and soon to be second little one) and watching the Bills play.

Lana leads our logistics team and is the creator of the “aha moment” when you open your garden. Lana elevates the experience of everyone who grows with us with smart design, quick turn time, and extraordinary product. She is accountable for successful project delivery with a keen eye for creativity and solving problems. Lana enjoys beating anyone and everyone in tennis, is an avid cook, entertainer and can always be relied on to just get it done…right. She is also the mom to two adorable kids who are often coaxed into modeling for Gardenuity.

Cara is our Grow Pro lead and the best friend to every customer. A trained nutritionist and wellness coach, she knows just how to bring calm to every situation. Driven by her long-time passion for healthy living and knowledge of how to connect people to answers, Cara has led the Grow Pro initiative and receives 5 star ratings from customers coast to coast. Her ability to solve problems and create frictionless solutions for our customers is extraordinary. When she is not Growing Grow Pro, she is busy taking care of her new little one who will soon be one and spending time with her husband, cooking, strolling, exercising, and enjoying every moment of motherhood.

Matt thrives on connecting customers to wellness tools and gardening experiences. He is growing the channel partner strategy and ensures a smooth on-boarding experience for all new clients. As Channel Partnership Lead, Matt’s primary task is to ask lots of questions of our partners and transform the responses into a blueprint for success. A dynamic people person, he has rare ability to empathize with and understand the motivations of people from all walks of life. He brings an extraordinary level of energy and creativity into everything he grows. When he is not working, Matt is at the gym or on the lacrosse field; his collegiate athleticism continues. He lives in New York and leads the Gardenuity office in the big city.

Paul has grown up in the medical community and has been talking about wellness since he can remember. His study of the impact of gardening on mental resilience and nutrition drives his ability to match opportunities with growth. Paul is a Channel Partnership Lead and creatively authors solutions designed with your customers and colleagues in mind. Paul does his homework and comes to each meeting with ideas designed to deliver and meet you where you are. A people person who everyone wants at their event, he has the proven ability to connect. Paul brings tenacity and fun into everything he does. When Paul is not working, he is playing with his dog Lilly or helping his wife get ready to welcome their first child. He lives in Ohio, but seems to be on the road a lot of the time.
